Welcome to Food Tour in Gdansk. Our guides are avid food lovers and experienced tasting experts. Being born and raised in Poland, we also understand and are happy to share all the historical and cultural context of our national cuisine.

We will begin with cold and hot starters. You will learn what we understand as ‘traditional’ and how this may vary depending on the region. Next you will sample soups, that no Polish dinner is complete without. You will see how important they are for big Polish holidays and how they change with seasons. Next, main courses await you along with stories about Polish classic and modern Polish cuisine. Aware of the fact that there’s a separate stomach for dessert, you will finish your tour of Polish flavours with mouth watering pastries and a cup of coffee. During the course of the tour, we will take you to a mix of traditional and modern venues, all carefully selected, where, at a table, you will enjoy the best local food and discover how it was shaped by our history and culture.
