Turn your group into a team of real “Górale” for one evening. During this winter team challenge you’ll compete in fun highlander-style games – from log-sawing and rope pulling to nail-hammering and village-style relay races – all led by local animators in traditional outfits.
Your group will be divided into teams and thrown into a series of simple but hilarious challenges. Each task is designed so everyone can join – there’s no need for special skills or fitness, just a sense of humour and the will to try. At the end of the night, the winning team is crowned and receives symbolic highlander prizes and eternal bragging rights.
This event works perfectly as:

What’s included?
Pricing depending on the group size
Highlander Team Challenge – Winter Games (approx. 3 hours)
15–20 people – 69 € per person
21–35 people – 59 € per person
36+ people – 49 € per person
For groups smaller than 15 participants a minimum charge equivalent to 15 people applies.
Starting Point
Standard meeting point:
Zakopane city centre (exact meeting point will be provided in your booking confirmation).
From there your group will be transferred by minibus to a highlander venue or outdoor area suitable for games and back after the event.
Hotel pick-up:
On request we can arrange pick-up and drop-off directly from your accommodation in Zakopane. Surcharges may apply for locations outside the central area.
Duration of the event: Approx. 3 hours of programme on site (not including transfers).
Season:
The Highlander Team Challenge can be organised all year round. In winter most games take place in a snowy outdoor setting with bonfire. In case of very bad weather, some tasks may be moved under a roof or replaced with indoor-style contests.
Fitness level:
Most games are light to moderate effort and can be adjusted to different ages and fitness levels. There will be some lifting, sawing and running, but everything is done for fun and can be adapted to your group.
Clothing:
Comfortable, sports-style clothing and closed shoes are required. In winter please wear warm, layered clothing and waterproof boots – some of the programme takes place outside on snow.
Food:
A simple snack is included (e.g. grilled sausage or oscypek-style cheese, bread and condiments). Full dinner or extended buffet can be added as an extra – please ask when booking.
Alcohol:
One welcome drink is included. Additional alcohol can be bought on site or added as a prepaid package. For safety reasons guests who are heavily intoxicated may not be allowed to take part in some games.
Group type:
Ideal for corporate groups, incentive trips, sports clubs, school staff trips and stag / hen weekends. The programme can be made more family-friendly or more party-style depending on your group profile.
Transport:
Standard return transfer from Zakopane centre can be included as an option during booking. Pick-ups from other locations in the area are available at an extra cost.
Do we need to be very fit to join the games?
No. The challenges are designed for normal people, not professional athletes. The animators will always choose and modify tasks to suit the age and fitness level of your group.
What kind of games will we play exactly?
Typical tasks include log-sawing competitions, rope pulling, nail-hammering, relay races with simple objects, balance and coordination challenges, a highlander quiz and short singing or dancing tasks. The exact line-up may change depending on the weather, venue and size of your group.
Is this event suitable for corporate groups?
Yes, this product is created especially with corporate integration and incentive trips in mind. We can add more team-building elements, light debriefs and branded details (such as team names, company references, etc.) on request.
Is food included in the price?
A simple snack (usually grilled sausage or oscypek-style cheese with bread and condiments) is included. If you would like a full highlander dinner or buffet after the games, we can arrange it at an extra cost.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Light snow and cold are part of the fun and the event will normally go ahead. In case of heavy rain, extreme wind or very low temperatures some games may be moved under cover, modified or replaced by indoor-friendly contests. In extreme conditions the event may be rescheduled in agreement with the organiser.
Is transport included?
Standard return transfer from Zakopane centre to the venue and back can be included as an option when booking. We can also arrange direct pick-up from your hotel for an additional fee, depending on the location.
