About the Role

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about travel, great with people, and ready to create epic experiences for our customers. As an Xperience Designer, you’ll help travelers plan their perfect trips, coordinate with our local partners, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

This role is all about world class customer service, finding creative solutions, and sales. You’ll match travelers with awesome activities, build custom itineraries, and even have the chance to design new experiences from scratch.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Advising customers on the best travel options based on their needs
• Selling experiences via email, phone, chat, and WhatsApp
• Coordinating bookings with local partners and negotiating prices
• Making sure every trip runs smoothly from start to finish
• Constantly improving our tour offerings and internal processes

Who We’re Looking For

The right person for this role is a proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who can juggle multiple tasks at once. You should feel comfortable communicating professionally in English (with customers) and Polish (with local partners). Bonus points if you speak additional languages!
