Gromadzenie danych osobowych 

Przy zawieraniu jakichkolwiek Umów z Administratorem, dobrowolnie podajesz następujące kategorie danych:

  1. Twoje dane osobowe, w tym imię i nazwisko, data urodzenia, adres, adres e-mail, numer telefonu, numer i seria dowodu osobistego (dowodu osobistego lub paszportu);
  2. Dane osobowe innych osób z Twojej grupy, w tym imię i nazwisko, data urodzenia, adres zamieszkania, adres e-mail, numer telefonu, numer i seria dowodu tożsamości (dowód osobisty lub paszport);

The Administrator must obtain your personal data in order to perform the contract in the field of tourist services. In addition, the processing of personal data is necessary for the purposes of managing your bookings, providing you with access to additional products and services, providing support for any services offered and possible reimbursement.

  1. Nawiązanie kontaktu z Klientem

In addition, the Administrator provides personal data to insurers in order to provide you with adequate protection during the implementation of the tourist service. The administrator entrusts selected personal data as part of cooperation with an external accounting office.

Archiving of personal data

Dostęp do danych osobowych i ich aktualizacja; Skargi 

Mają Państwo prawo zażądać kopii swoich danych osobowych, które są w posiadaniu Administratora. Możesz również skontaktować się z Administratorem, jeżeli masz zastrzeżenia co do sposobu zbierania, przechowywania lub wykorzystywania Twoich danych osobowych. Administrator dokłada starań, aby ostatecznie rozpatrzyć skargi, ale jeśli nadal jesteś niezadowolony z otrzymanej odpowiedzi, możesz złożyć skargę do organu nadzorczego ds. ochrony danych osobowych w lokalnym urzędzie ochrony danych osobowych.
