Your English-speaking driver will pick you up directly from your centrally located accommodation in Krakow at a time confirmed based on availability. You’ll travel in a private, air-conditioned car or van to Oświęcim (Auschwitz), where you’ll join an official guided group tour of the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp – lasting about 3.5 hours.

After the tour, you may choose to stop for lunch nearby. Once finished, our driver will take you back to Krakow, with a scheduled return around 3:30 PM.

General information about Auschwitz Tour

Auschwitz is very well known all over the world as a symbol of terror, genocide, and the Holocaust. During the II World War it was the largest concentration camp of Nazi Germany, which was established in the suburbs of the city of Oświęcim (which translates to Auschwitz in German language), approximately 60 kilometers west of Krakow. Auschwitz and Birkenau, the two camps were liberated in January 1945. After the War, Polish government decided to restore Auschwitz – Birkenau and turn it into a museum honouring the victims of Nazism. Now it is part of the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites.

If you want to book a tour less than 7 days in advance, there is a €15 fee for last-minute arrangements.
