Welcome to the Polish Pierogi & Vodka Pairing classes!

During these 2.5-hour classes, you will have the opportunity to learn the art of making Polish pierogi while enjoying a perfectly paired vodka tasting.

Upon arrival, you will be provided with a single workstation, where you will learn how to make pierogi dough and fillings from scratch. You will be provided with all the necessary tools, including an apron, pastry board, and an old-school cap to help you get into the spirit of the experience.

While you prepare the pierogi, you will learn about the history of pierogi and their role in Polish culture. Our knowledgeable instructors will guide you through the process of making pierogi step-by-step, so you can become a pro in no time.

Once the pierogi are ready, you will have the opportunity to taste your creations and enjoy them with a selection of premium vodkas. Our expert pairing guide will help you understand the flavors and aromas of each vodka, and how they complement the different types of pierogi.

At the end of the class, you will be able to take home the pierogi you made and impress your friends and family with your newfound culinary skills. Overall, this is an experience not to be missed for anyone interested in Polish culture, food, and drink.

The minimal group size is 2 people.
