Live highlander band, bonfire, regional buffet and a whole lot of dancing – this evening gives your group the full Zakopane experience in one go. Surrounded by mountains, you’ll enjoy traditional music, hearty food and góralskie jokes that keep everyone laughing all night.
During the evening, a live highlander band plays the biggest regional hits, leads simple dances and teaches your group how to sing along. Between songs, the highlander host shares stories and jokes from everyday mountain life. All this is accompanied by a proper feast of local dishes and drinks served around the fire or in a traditional wooden shelter.
This night works perfectly as:
An integration evening for corporate groups
A highlight of a stag / hen weekend in Zakopane
A fun cultural night for groups of friends or families

Starting Point
Standard meeting point:
Zakopane city centre (exact meeting point will be provided in your booking confirmation).
From there your group will be transferred by minibus to a highlander venue or outdoor bonfire location in the Zakopane area and back after the evening.
Hotel pick-up:
On request we can arrange pick-up and drop-off directly from your accommodation in Zakopane. Surcharges may apply for locations outside the central area.
Duration of the event: Approx. 3 hours at the venue (not including transfers).
Food:
Menu is set for groups and based on regional dishes. Vegetarian / vegan / gluten-free options are available on request – please inform us in advance.
Alcohol:
One welcome drink per person is included. Additional alcoholic drinks can be bought at the bar or added as a prepaid drink package. For safety reasons, staff may refuse service to heavily intoxicated guests.
Season:
The evening can be organised all year round. In winter it has a more snowy, bonfire-style setting, in summer it’s more open-air and garden-style, depending on the venue and weather.
Clothing:
Comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended. In winter, please dress warmly – you will be close to the fire, but some parts of the evening may take place outdoors.
Group type:
Perfect for corporate groups, incentive trips, stag / hen weekends and larger groups of friends or families. The programme can be adjusted to be more family-friendly or more party-style, depending on your needs.
Transport:
Standard return transfer from Zakopane centre is included only if selected during booking. Pick-ups from other locations (Kościelisko, Murzasichle, Białka etc.) can be arranged at an extra cost.
Is this a private event only for our group?
For most dates and minimum numbers the evening can be arranged as a private event for your group. On some dates, smaller groups may join a bigger highlander evening with shared music and atmosphere but with your own reserved tables.
What kind of food is served?
The menu focuses on regional highlander cuisine – expect grilled sausages, oscypek cheese, bread, lard, pickles, salads and at least one hot main dish (such as bigos or a meat dish), plus a simple dessert. Exact menu may vary depending on the venue and season.
Can we adjust the programme for our company / group?
Yes. We can make the evening more integration-focused (with more contests and games), more cultural (with more stories and music) or more party-style (more dancing and singing). Just let us know what kind of group you are bringing.
Is transport included?
Standard return transfer from Zakopane centre to the venue and back can be included as an option during booking. For hotels outside the centre we can arrange a dedicated minibus at an extra cost.
How late can the party go on?
The standard programme lasts about 3 hours. Extension of the evening (extra time with band, DJ or just venue rental) is possible on request and depends on venue availability and local noise regulations.
Can people with children join this evening?
Yes, families with children are welcome. The band and host can tone down the jokes and games to keep everything family-friendly. Please note, however, that this is still a lively event with music and may finish later in the evening.
